My LG Washing Machine stopped working on 21st dec. I logged a Complaint at the Toll Free Number 1800-180-9999 and got a Complaint Reference Number RNA111221089564. Since 21st Dec the service engineer has visited once to diagnose the problem and has since vanished saying spare parts have been indented and have not arrived. Repeated calls to service engineer yield a standard reply "I will come soon with parts", but no sign of resolution. Secondly, in spite of repeated phone calls, LG has not sent anyone to collect the AMC payments from me (last year the engineer lost my AMC cheque and I had to re-issue it). This is the quality of LG Service in Bangalore.
