The bowls and other appliances given under brand name "Roxy" are not trustworthy. The company like IFB should n't provide such low quality items with its primary products. The microwave oven purchased by me on 17th of December form Ashoka Electronics, Santiniketan Road, Bolpur model no. 20 SC2, Sl no. 002331 under chalan no 2484, has been delivered with some cookwares, which were to be used in micro-oven. But after installation of the micro oven on 20th of December, the bowl of 0.8 ltr supplied with the micro oven get cracked on very first use. Thus I think, there is every reason to believe that the company should provide the cookware of a good company which can increase the reputation of the IFB.
