Complain for LG Refrigerato

Hi,

I purchased a LG Refrigerator on 19/04 whose Bill Number is 623 and model no is 308VT4 Just within 6 months of purchase 2 times I have launched complains regarding its cooling.

The refrigerator has been opened 2 times for investigation.

But now since a month, the light and the cooling of the refrigerator is again not working properly.

If possible kindly replace our refrigerator as, not even a year has been passed and it’s showing a lot of problems.

I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
