Design problem

I purchased a LG make washing machine model no-7239 KS (6.2 kg). The machine is fine but while SPINNING. it's axis of rotation changes very fast and the Drum strikes the wall of the machine, shaking the whole machine.

SPINNING at such High RPM is unwanted and risky for the user. The Design Engineer didnot take care of precision of the drum about the rotation axis at such large SPEED.

Please try to rectify the problem.
