In complete mobile no basic options

Dear Sir,

I have purchased LG mobile KP500, but there is no basic option avl in that mobile mobile, having following 1) " " not avl which must for internet use

2) Battery stand by is very less, can be used upto only 1 hr

3) the touch screen is not working

4) this mobile will not met the basic expection,
