Water leakage from 1 year old LG refrigerator. Same issue but provided with multiple Call ticket numbers C1050705166, C1051021687 & C1051022585 .
Escalation through mail to Mr. Rajneesh Kumar (LG EAST Branch Service-In-Charge) was provided on 17th-May-10.
Last communication was Replacement of Machine within 6-7 days. Verbal communication of Engineer and collecting Bill-Of-Purchase on 10th-May-10. Mail communication from [email protected] by Ms. Nupur Banerjee regarding replacement of system was provided on 18th-May-10.
No response after that. Now after multiple follow-ups not getting any proper response. Ms. Nupur Banerjee. She is not responding to any phone calls.
Today called up Mr. Rajneesh (9836279333) for update. After taking down my Mobile number, he responded back saying that Ms. Nupur will call back within 30 minutes. But no response from Ms. Nupur.
Escalated the same to Noida Customer Support through Phone [(0120) 2560900 / 940]. Response recieved as will update within half an hour. But no call-back recieved.
