New Washing Machine Not Working and no service from LG customer Care

My New washing machine stopped working and when put multiple requests to LG Customer to Check the ISSUE no one attended to rectify or to fix the problem instead they put on saying we will get back to you in 24 Hrs

i would like to put a case on this in consumer court

please let me know
