I had brought a 47 Inches LCD TV from LG on 3rd. May.
I have been facing problems from the beggining.
Installation took long
Remote given to be was old and battery leadked one.
Finally on 6th. August my TV broke down.
I have complained to all concerned nearly 10 times.
I have even spoken to their executives
I am told that they are not able to replace the TV with a brand new one because I brought from a specific dealer.
How can a company like LG sell defective peiece.
This TV is under warranty, so they agreed to repair the same.
They also took the LCD one week back saying they would get back to me in 2 days.
Nothing has happened till now.
I am fed up and fustrated.
All the LG executives are avoiding my calls and are not responding to any my calls and Email complaints.
