Complaints geting closed without proper justification/Solution

I would like to bring to your kind attention about the happening against each reference number mentioned below:

CI090512423 – Closed with a line: ’Customer no willing to Pay’

A gentleman ‘Mr. Dharampal Rawat’ visited my TV at my residence and tried hard to repair it. After some time he said that he has changed the chip and need (Micom) and need to get some parts from the office and one of them is FBT5003U.

The gentleman was not a trustworthy as he was lying that he has changed the chip. During the trial testing he burn some wire (can be easily identified) from the plate as well. Finally he said that it was his mistake and should be pardoned for that. I communicated all these things to Mr Dilip Sharma, I believe he is the owner however I do not get any communication why he has kept that resource in his reputed organization. I tried calling Mr Dilip manytimes but somehow I am not able to reach him.

Now the above call closed by saying that ‘Customer is not ready to Pay.’

I called customer care and request him to reopen the case and he said that it is not possible to reopen it and eventually I had to raise another call CI090929535 without any reference to the previous call. I was informed by the call center employee that even if LG’s engineer has made some blunder, the customer is liable to pay.

I need confirmation from the LG’s Management that if they think in the same direction.

I got a call 10th Sep and said that he will visit my place on 11th Sep at 930hrs but no one turned down. Finally I got a message today saying that ‘Customer will call again’ and closed the 2nd reference no as well.

WHEN and WHO is going to be repair my TV?

Should I need to raise another call? Please raise it if required.

I need to know if I have got the rights to say my words and if yes then with whom?

I need confirmation from the LG’s Management that if they think in the same direction.

Should I accept that LG is not happy in providing after sales support?

Why there was action against Dharampal Rawat?
