I have purchased LG Washing Machine & LG double Door Regrigarator on 28th Oct. Initially the engineer came at wrong addres and not on my delivery addres.. Post that i had again updated the address with your call center for Demonstration but till date i have not got a single call from technician or from the engineer. My Request nos are C10B0320789 & C10B0225297. For last 2 days i am calling up call center but get only one resposive " I will try my Level Best " Is this the Level Best that am getting as a response.. Finally they gave me Aditya Services no which am trying since morning but getting response that the line is busy.. hope the reciever is not kept aside... Hope i get a demo in next 24 hours .. If this is the response for just getting a demo god knows how much followup will be needed for after sale service...
