Non demonstration of the product at Residence

Dear Sirs,

I purchased one Tortilla Roti Maker from Basic Associates on 08/08/09 from IICF Exhibition ground opposite to War Memorial, Chennai, vide receipt/Order No 320 dated 08/08/09. I paid the bill in cash and took delivery of the machine on the promise that a demonstration will be given at my home. In spite of my repeated calls on mobile/basic phones since then on numbers 9840055119, 64550081 and 64550082 for product demonstration at my home, I was getting only sweet assurances and not service, except wasting my telephone call charges so far. Eventhough I tried to operate the machine after going through your Users Manual, the result was failure only.

As per your Manual "How to use your Roti Maker" middle right page "The neon lamp should go OFF automatically, indicating the machine's rediness to use". This never happens in the machine supplied to me.

Would you kindly look into my complaint and send some one to give me a demonstration of the machine or change it if it does not work as per yuur specifications.

I believe in you principle of CUSTOMER CARE AS "CUSTOMERS ARE ASSET REST LIABILITIES"
