I've bought an air conditioner (window) from Vijay Sales where there were various brands. I bought the AC since it had 3 free services. Now on 21st Nov, when i spoke to LG service center, they are refusing to give me 3rd free service stating the warranty is over. I feel this is a clear case of misselling since the sticker they stick on the product mentions 3 Free service without any condition and they apply a condition "within 1 years time" is totally not accepted. I spoke to LG customer care and they are not ready to give me the free service. Even the first two services which ideally they should have visited was done because i called them and they didn't upfrontly visited my house.
LG products are good till the time they dont give you a problem and once they start giving you the problems just beware that LG services are pathetic.
