Very poor service & bad behaviou

Dear sir,

I had purchased a LCD LG 22LH20 on 30.1.2011.

I regret to write that till date it has not been installed.

despite registering on toll free no.18001809999

RNA 11020402195 and again the next day

RNA110205021427.

Kindly let me know "Have I made a mistake buying LG product? "

Will my LCD never be installed on the wall?

Is this the level of service LG provides?

Please get the needful done, I hold LG company in high esteem

and this image is shattering.
