Poor service

I bought LG LCD TV (42 inches) on thursday (17th feb) from E-zone.

LG people were supposed to deliver the product on the next day morning (18th feb) and also they wer supposed to do wall mounting on the same day. They delivered the product on friday evening, but no one has still come for mounting it on the wall.

I have been calling LG people since friday evening, firstly they said it will be coming, and after waiting for the full saturday they said they don't have the bracket to mount, which they should have told me earlier, then they promised that they will definitely mount on sunday afternoon before 1 PM (20th feb). Today since morning I have been calling those people they kept on saying they will come in 1 hour and finally at 3:45 PM they again asked me their address and the person who was to supposd to come and do wall mounting switched off his phone till 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM when I tried his number it was ringing but he cut the phone twice and again switched off his phone.

Supervisor has no clue, he is not able to reach the persona dn not even to his manager.

I was supposed to but LG AC today, but after such type of service I would never ever buy any LG product.

I can compromise with the quality but not the service.

Full saturday and sunday I have wasted waiting for LG people without going anywhere sitting idle at my home, a dn now from monday to friday I wont be available.

This is the Poorest service I have ever faced.
