I recently bought a LG washing machine from Udaipur (4 months ago), and I was informed that somebody from the company will come for the installation and also for a demo. Nobody came and after three days I received a call from the company saying that one guy will come for the same. But after that there was no response from anybody. As I was not a new consumer for washing machine I was able to install it (thanks for the company for providing an installation manual along with the machine) and also to use the same as my purpose of buying it is to wash cloths not to showcase it in my house.

I moved to Jaipur with my family. Three weeks before and I was setting up my house slowly. Four days before I bought an LG AC from direct dealer of LG at Jayanthi Bazaar, Jaipur. Asked for the installation after one day as we were not at home the next day. Yesterday (27th April) I recieved a call from the dealer asking me to call one person who will come for the installation. He didnt turn out. Today 28th April I was calling the dealer as well as the so called company technician for installation whole day and finally he said he will be coming by 4pm. I waited till 6pm then I called the dealer he had given me different name and a number to me and asked to call that guy tomorrow 29th and to invite his Highness to instal the AC. I got angry and I shouted at the dealer. I hope the concerened person reading this will understand why we are spending 34000/- for an AC in Rajasthan eventhough we know that this hot will be there for another three months.

I am also working in the hospitality industry and I do respect coutomer satisfaction. How can a company like LG neglect the customer who is paying 18000/- for a wshing machine and 34000/- for an AC. Eventhough if it is not costing that much, I selected LG because the dealer had praised about the service part of LG when I asked for a comparison of mitaso AC with LG. How long do I need to wait for a paid installation in this hot climate? Unfortunately I am not an enggineer and I dont have tools to install the AC by myself.

Hope I will get a resonable explanation for this rather than a usual sorry note from LG. Next time I will definetly think ten times to buy any consumer goods from LG as i already have two fantastic experience from LG.
