I made a complainat with LG customer care 2 days back as my brand new Refrigerator stopped working. First of all it is very unfortunate that your brand new refrigerator costing Rs 20k couldn't see the first half and now they aggravate the grievance of the customer by not enttertaining the phone of customer and till date my grievance is not redressal and no body is giving response. Its very pathetic condition that Now company are making fool of customer charging handsome and giving nothing in the name of product quality and customer service. Its very unfair trade practice.
As you know how the customer family is suffering without refrigerator in peak summer
