I have purchased a LG Automatic washing machine from one of the retailer and right after the 5months suddenly it stopped working and when i have contact the customer care for the repair as it was under warranty after 3days and lot of arguments with the retailer and with the customer care executives the tech visited the and it was of no use...
i was in wrong perception that LG being good company will not have any problems and thought they will have educated and staff but i was wrong and i was misguided.
I feel i have done a mistake by Buying a LG product... and will never repeat it in my life... its not the only product is use less but also the pople associated with the customer care and services are also the same... because every time i call the way they respond and answer my query reminds me about my mistake of buying a LG product..
Hope atleast some one in hire management will take care this issue...
