My name is SUHAIL KHAN and i bought a 21 inc TV of LG electronic India pvt ltd since 3.01.2011 from Hazrat's Vision in Delhi and my bill no 33374 and the model no of TV is 21fg2rb-aj. When i bought this TV company gave me 1 year service warranty after this my TV is out of order on 29.11.2011 when i complain to the company the company send engineer name SHAFQUE to check what the problem in this TV and the engineer told me that my TV picture tube is out of order and the engineer told me that it will changed with in 4 working days without any cost but after 17 days when i call to company to service my TV and change my TV picture tube they always disconnect my call when my TV is in warranty period why the company not give me service and whey the company not change my TV picture tube my complain no my complain no is RNA11219033469

my TV is in warranty period change my TV picture tube and one thing when your customer care not attend and not taken complain why your company open these types of service your customer care executives have no sense how to talk to costumer do fast and change my TV picture tube
