I have been trying to call the LG Customer Care number for days. It is always busy ar noone answers. Finally i managed to lodge an SMS complaint and managed to get a 'Cooling Expert' home. He was unable to diagnose the problem despite spending hours here. We have 2 LG ACs and both are not working. Despite our loyalty to the company, the company, customer care or technicians dont feel the need to try and get our issue resolved. This is shameful. If the ACs don't work in this season what is the point of having them. BTW please note: the AC compressor is still in warranty.
