Sir,

It is highly regretted to write to you that I feel ashamed of purchasing an LG split AC 1.5 ton due to poor service rendered by LG service department as it has taken more than one and half month time after my compliant (One of my compliant no is: RNA120604084045). Even till date (26/06) my problem is not settled even though my AC is in warranty. Several phone calls to LG service centre in chennai 044- 27663794 has just ended in vain as I cannot wake up them from their deep sleep. Each time when LG service center is called the unchanged reply " will be attended Tomorrow" comes and I am waiting for that "Tomorrow". Initially my AC problem of Excess sound in Indoor unit was attended by Mr. Jagadish (09176752267) and found problem in blower which needs replacing. I was given an assurance that it will be done within next 3 cays. But even after several follow ups no response. Whenever I call chennai service center Mr. Kumar an engineer speaks the above dialogue repeatedly. Even once I send an unsatisfied SMS to LG number 5757554 and I received a call from LG number 9111202460177 regarding my problem. I explained my pathetic condition. He too convinced me but no action. I made compliant through your website www.lg.com. No response for that. Being a LG victim I request you to intervene.
