Pathetic LG Customer service: Request for Service of window AC

I had called LG Customer care on 30th June for Window AC servicing. Service Request Number was RNA120630089600.I was promised Service Engineer will contact me within next 24 hours. I called up LG customer care again on 2nd July as I didnt recieved any call from Engineer. LG customer care was pathetic and there response was they will send reminder to engineer team and gave me number of someone called pooja. That numuber is never picked by anyone as that is always busy. I called up LG customer care on 4th July again as no engineer called me. Again there response was they will send reminder to Engineer team. And surprising was they told me "you know LG service is bad why do you buy LG products". Still after 96 hours no one called me from LG team and i am planning to get AC serviced from local vendor.
