POOR QUALITY SERVICE

I PURCHASED AN LG 1, 5 TON SPLIT AIRCONDITIONER IN MAY. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE IN AN IMPROPER WAY AND A VARIETY OF PROBLEMS WERE AND ARE BEING EXPERIENCED. AFTER THE WARAANTY PERIOD I OPTED FOR AN AMC SCHEME FOR 2 YEARS. THE ATTENDING SERVICE PEOPLE SAID THAT LG HAD CHANGED THE SERVICE FRANCHISEE AND HENCE NO ONE WAS TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF WRONG INSTALLATION. I HAD RE PAID AND HAD THE UNIT RE INSTALLED AT MY COST USING THE LG SERVICE TECHNICIANS. EVEN AFTER THAT THE UNIT HAS BEEN MALFUNCTIONING. A COMPLAINT NUMBER RNA 110829030309 WAS REGISTERED IN AUG AND THE UNIT WAS ATTENDED BUT IT WAS MALFUNCTIONING AGAIN. PRESENTLY COMPLAINT NUMBER RNA 110902090611 WAS REGISTERED ON 02/09. NONE OF THE SERVICE PEOPLE SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM. THE INDOOR UNIT WAS TAKEN TO THE SERVICE STATION ON 09/09 WITH THE PROMISE OF BEING RETURNED ON 10/09. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO LG THE UNIT HAS NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED AND THEY GIVE ME FALSE PROMISES AND REASONS. I HEREBY REPRESENT THIS MATTER OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF LG AND ITS SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. COULD YOU PLEASE ASSIST
