Dear Sir / Madam,
My LG mobile LG COOKIE PEP is in warranty period and the key pad of my
mobile was failed on last week due to that it's impossible to
recollect the numbers stored in the phone memory and lost so many
contacts.
From last Monday (27.12.2010) itself I had contacted and visited your
service centres at Chennai. All the service centres gave the same
reply that the touch pad was unavailable. And ask me to call
themselves after a week.
Being a best company, it was very poor on your part. Now all my
contacts are missed because of your poor service and of your wrong
promises that the call to be completed within an hour.
I hereby request you to ressolve my problem immediately.
