4 months back I have bought a new LG cookie pep phone seeing the new attractive features and stylish looks. It was working good till the first 3 months.
Suddenly the touch screen got some issues. I went to a service center & replaced the same. Its not been a month after I have replaced the screen, it is again having issues with touch pad.
So it is like every month I have to go and change my screen till its under warranty. And after that LG team cannot help because warranty is over?
I dont want to get into this business of replacing the parts again and again. So I want refund of my money & will return the phone & all other accessories. Please share me how can this be done.
