Poorest and Worst customer care

I own a LG 4-star split AC for the past 4 years and recently on 30.5. I had a problem with the outdoor unit as it was too noisy and

could notice ice-formation too. Immediately I called the LG Customer care and booked my complaint on the same day (Complaint No. RNA 120529036177)

and I was told that the service engineer would contact me in a couple of hours and that my complaint would be attended within 24hrs.

But nobody turned up on that day. Since the issue was related to "low gas", unfortunately, my AC had to remain non-operational in this extensive hot days.

I called the customer again on the next day but got an absurd reply that their call centre had some issues and hence the service engineer

could not be reached and I was again asked to wait for another 24 hrs. But there was no response for the next couple of days either.

I recalled them again on 3.6.2012 and the caller was so monotonous like a voice mail and she constantly repeated the same thing

(that they we were very sorry for the delay and they would consider my case on a "fast track" mode). It's almost 10 days now and

nothing and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has happened ever since. No call from the engineer, no message from the customer care and nothing at all.

LG has the worst customer service and for all the buyers who are reading this review before deciding on your brand my big "NO" to LG.
