Dear sir/mam,
My name is RATNAKAR GHIRNIKAR an i have purchase a DVD player of LG from LG showroom KORBA branch, MODEL NO.- DV456 PURCHASED AMOUNT - 3200, after 2 months i found that the USB slot is not working even my 5.1 channel speakers (when connect to DVD player) we called up to customr care from where we got the complain no.(RNA120108016744) and nothing else, as per the conversation with the custom care executive a service engineer was supposed to come within 24 hours, but it wast happen, the man came late and was busy with the device for more them 3 hours and at lastly he moved back saying that i am also unable to sort the problem, will come tomorrow and see, in spite of calling couple of times he haven't came, he came by taking his own time an take the DVD player with himself, almost more then a week has been past and we haven't gotta any news regarding our player, today when i called him he said, you have to come to service station along with your speakers and USB device, then what the hell that duffer was doing from last one week, still we are waiting for our player...
please show me that way to get ma problem solved...

above mentioned was my earlier complain but still we are facing the same problem, yesterday i have again lodge a complain in LG customr care (COMPLAIN NO.--RNA120211027025) & as per the conversation a representative was supposed to come within 24 hours to solve the problem, but still i am waiting for someone to come from LG,
let me know very very frankly if my problem is not gonna to solve here then where should i have to knock the door...
