I had Purchased a 1.5 Ton Split AC of from LG Electronics and on 29th April 11 i had request for a service issue where my AC was not cooling and also there was water dripping from the AC Unit the complaint number was Service Request No RNA110429058530. With the constant follow up with the LG Customer Care and through mails i have following them up for past 8 days and i just keep getting assurance after assurance that i would be taken care of within 24 hrs and yet my problem remains unsolved. This is quality of after sales service that we as customers have to recieve once the product has been sold to us. If required i have all the mails in regard to issue that i have marked to LG, if required i can furnish all that also.
