Sir,

I had called your Customer Care Department at your toll free helpline no. first on June 5 regarding my split AC and they assured me that their engineer who supposed to visit us will call within 24 hours, But I got no ph call or any other response from u.

After waiting for a week, I called them again and 4 times subsequently, but again only an assurance and up until now the condition remains same.

I mentioned the details underneath for your convenience, kindly do something.
