I have lodged my complaint of non-performance of LG wall mounted split air-conditioner one month before. Even after many calls of followup and subsequent complaint registration, none of my calls are validated to service the LG air conditioner till date which is falls under warranty period.

Nine months after purchase of the product so far no first service, no
second service has happened as prescribed in the owner's manual. Now
the Airconditioner is not-functioning for the last one month.
Request your help to solve my grievance due to such deceitful Company.
