After lodging complaints to LG Customer Care vide RNA120523011510 dated 23rd May for AC not working, the Company have sent one person from their service centre Comfort Point located in Goregaon, Mumbai. He convinced us to go for AMC for which we agreed & given a chq. Post I called up on 25th May to LG customer care. They said they have put my complaint on fast track. Meanwhile I have been calling Service Centre-Comfort Point, they are not clear when they will resolve my problem. Subsequently I called up LG Customer Care Vide- RNA120528087200 dated 28th May. They again said they will put my complaint on fast track. The Calling agent gave me her supervisor's Mr Sajid's mob no 9167668387 which is either busy or switched off. Till date my problem is not yet resolved.
