Dear LG Team,
I have purchsed the "LG Frontloading Washing Machine 5.5 Kg F8068LDP" on 15th Oct'10 from SONOVISION.Soon after we contacted the Sales person and even log the case at Customer care (C10A2333163).
Since then we had regular follow up and last week service engineer Mr. Satish (9848405077). Visited and suggested to get the pipeline adjusted for the installation.
And will give the demo once we completed the pipeline work.
Today I am really surprised to know and even feel sorry for the service given for my product. When contacted Mr. Satish, He recklessly told to contact Customer care for the installation as he is busy today. Then i got to know that my case was closed without installation. Spoken with local service manager at 9703018161 and he is denieing that installation was not completed. Down the line I just want to know Is the installation & Demo such a big hurdle for the local service persons to travel just 2KM and get the work down.
LG known for the Best brand worldwide, But the service delivery is really very Poor, an unacceptable for such hipe of products where customers are left to bear the tension and without proper customer care.
Hope this complaint reaches the apt person and my issue is resolved.
