LG gb210 mobile
Not working properly

Recently i have purchased LG gb210 mobile.

this mobile came with pc suit and data cable.

but when i am connecting to pc

it is not working

i have given complint in lg servise center but they are saying that they dont have a software to upgrdae the mobile.

but they are telling that they are unable to download the software from net

now what i have to do please tell me
