Dear reader,
i am an lg gb230 user. And this product is a waste. i bought the phone on 29th march and in october its keys stopped working.
i got it repaired with lot of troubles and then again in june this year... i had to get the keypad replaced..i recently changed my battery in feb...
And as the staff member was replacing it, he broke my display of the phone... and changed it immediately but 2 days later... the display broke again and when i went for complaining... the staff member said that you dont know how to handle a phone and... he also asked for 400 rupees as per the charges of the repair... i didnt even drop my phone once and... i dont know how the display broke...
kindly ask your staff to be polite to customers..his words had hurt me a lot... and i request you take some action as soon as possible...
