For Rectify Some Green line problem in the image we ask them only to software updation But without any intimation He dismantle the phone and board and replace within 20-25 minutes by replacing by low quality Pink lens camera.
When I seen this I argue that the camera performance is very poor related to the original one. So I cannot Undertake the cellphone, Then he request him to wait for another 15 days for replacing the original one. I ask him to replace the old original green lens camera again at the moment (ie the Green lens camera comes with the original unit imei num: 359331040072098).
But he Neglect my request. At the Same time my camera is utilized for Another person in front of me. I argue for the same, I unaccept to receive the camera with low quality pink camera. Finally he request me to Submit the camera for 15 days for rectifying the fault by sending to High office At New Delhi. I submitted the cellphone at the moment. After 15 days I collect my cellphone, But when I operating the cellphone it gives many Digitizer problem etc.
So I again complained on 30-05, After that Some one contact me by your high office for surrendering the cellphone to the Authorized service care agent. I resubmit the cellphone to another Authorized servicing agent Friends communication Vadalur on 03-06.
After 12 days ie:15-06 I collect my cellphone with new IMEI number : 357925049202887 with the old Blue lens camera.
I purchase the cellphone only for the good performance Green lens original camera. But the cellphone Blue lens camera replaced for me is not fulfilled the original quality performance and not fulfill my work satisfactorily.
Next I contact your office on 24-06 and then Your Nokia concern ask me to submit again But without any action my cellphone remain stationarily for 15 days in Friends Communication Vadalur, ie: (27-06&--12-07).
Now this Blue lens camera also gives the same green line problem.
In this Situation I ask your high office to replace the Nokia c5-03 green lens original camera.
I having only 5 months warranty period. I am ready to Pay the amount for replacement of original green lens Nokia c5-03 camera. Or any other provision for getting for my original quality one. Kindly answer for my request from your Authorized officer.
