I have bought sony xperia sola on 19/05 from Zoop, Charni Rd, Mummbai. since then my mobile earphone is not working. I went to Zoop the mobile shop from where i bought. They said to go to the service centre at Tardeo. I went there in the evening as I m working in the office. They said their working hours are 11a.m. to 5 p.m. Even they are not working on Saturdays and Sundays. I have taken my mobile after selling my old mobile. They have told me that you have to submit your phone for atleast one week. What should I do? I am not able to bunk the office and have no another phone to use in place of this phone. Whenever they sold me this phone they told me this is the phone for well educated people. But now I must say that this is the phone which I am using is like any small phone is used. I am not able to use this phone"s earphone. I am totally dissatisfied with this approach. This phone is not for the working people as service centre is operating less than our service time. Mistake on Company"s part, and suffering on my part that also after paying money. Can you answer me what to do?
