We have purchased the lg product last year on 31st December. We were facing problems with the same since last month. We have launched a complaint with LG customer care on 23rd December. They promise service in 24 hr. Also the person who picked up the call mentioned that we will receive the call in 2 hours and executive will come in 24 hr. No response. After 2 days one person came and said that there is a problem with one of the part and promised to come back in 2 days with the part and also he will call back. We waited till 29th December but there was no response. So I called up again and spoke with one of the team leader (Not Sure) who mentioned that we will receive the call in 2 hours and the problem will be resolved today. When i called in the evening again as there was no one who visited the place, the team leader was not ready to come on phone and again representative said that we will call back. The problem is still the same and i hope someone will listen to it.
