AC at service centre since last 10 days

Our 1.5 ton window AC, under AMC had a gas leakage. It was collected from our house on 7 May and taken to service centre. Job number is RNA120505008323. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE SIDE, and their number does not go beyond the teleprompt "Your call is important to us"...

Yesterday evening, we again contacted customer care and Noida service centre as well. None of them knows the status of our AC. It has been 10 days already in the peak season, and we are still awaiting our AC.
