We had purchased the LG 29th " TV from local dealer of Bhopal. Date of Purchase is 24th April. It was under warranty for 1 year.
During warranty we faced the issue of Display of screen going hazzy and not viewable and same got attednded by Service engineer.
This problem has occured 5 times in 6 months perid and 6th time again same problem occured.
We have done AMC with LG India, and latest complaint logged with LG is C1061207300 on 12th June
We requested to replace the PCB everytime as same problem reoccuring again and again, but Service engineer was servicing the problem but reluctant to replcae the PCB everytime.
NOw company is ready to replace the PCB but they dont have parts in place, this is pending since 4 days and ther in no clue when the part will come.
Very disatisfied with Service, AMC is being taken but the Parts are not available with Company
