I had purchased an lg air conditioner on 23 april. As per the services I was suppose to get 3 free services, however I could avail only 01 service as I am in the army & have to move for temporary duties off and on.
I contacted the lg customer care on 06 may which means only a delay of 12 days, which I suppose is not a major isuue.
I was flately refused by the executive, saying that I have overshooted the period.
I told him that if I cannot get my free service, I am ready to pay the required amount but please send the engineer at the earliest.
I was promised that the person would come to me within 24 hours.
No budy has turned up till date despite of repeated reminders.
My ac is now not functioning and I am facing problems because of that. Please hlp me out.
