Water drips from my split AC of LG India. I have an AMC for it. I first lodged my complaint for it on 30th April, complaint no. C1043020207. The engineer came, refilled the gas but water continued to drip. He told us that it would need cleaning with a chemical for the whole unit. I have been complaining repeatedly but there is no response from LG. The complaint nos. are C1050703519 (7th May), C1051828111 (18th May), and C1052021190 (20th May). LG also gave me a number of Mr Sunil who is supposed to be a senior customer complaint officer (mobile no. 98113-54749) but he does not even pick up the phone. I am clueless as to what to do. Please help.
