AC IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 10 DAYS AND WE HAD FILED A COMPLAINT WITH LG INDIA. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE VISITED US ON 16.08.2010 AND TOLD THAT THE COMPRESSOR OF THE AC IS FAULTY AND NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND IT WILL TAKE 1-2 DAYS. WHEN NO ONE CAME BACK, WE AGAIN CALLED UP THIER CUSTOMER CARE AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION. THEN ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE VISITED OUR HOUSE ON 18.08.2010 AND AGAIN TOLD THE SAME THING. HE ALSO ASKED US TO PAY RS. 441 AS VISITING CHARGES, AND ALSO THREATENED THAT IF HE IS NOT PAID THIS Rs. 441.00, THE COMPRESSOR WILL NOT BE CHANGED. WE DENIED TO PAY ANYTHING TILL THE AC WAS FUNCTIONING. WE SIMPLY TOLD HIM THAT SINCE THE COMPRESSOR IS UNDER WARRANTY, IT HAS TO BE CHANGED FREE OF COST AND WHY SHOULD WE PAY ANY VISITING CHARGE FOR IT. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE CHEATERS AND DONT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS. AFTER THAT WE SENT A MAIL TO [email protected], NARRATING THEM ALL THE ABOVE MATTER, BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE.
