Delay in phone repai

Hello,

i had purchased a mobile handset nokia 5800 from planet m store in vikhroli mumbai . it is in warranty period . its been one month since i gave the phone to them for repairs of my handset touch screen problem but they are not returning the phone back to me giving me silly reasons . please guide me what do i do.i have the job sheet, warranty card . my email id is [email protected]
