Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had purchased a 29" LG colour television from LG Shoppe, Apsara road, gandhi nagar 5 years back.
The decision i took was on the basis of good quality provided by LG earlier. I already have a 21" TV alongwith 2 refrigrators & 1 semi automatic washing machine.
But i believe, from time to time the quality of LG products has deteriorated drastically.
After the purchase of 29" TV, it started giving trouble from very beginning & was being repaired on regular basis under warranty, but the problem was never resolved permanently.
The problems persisted even after, product went out of warranty & we paid couple of times to the dealer for repairs.
Again in this month, TV broke down but his time to my surprise even after complaining in the customer care twice, no body has turned up to repair the TV.
Initially the complaint was lodged & complaint number was provided to me "RNA110306003115" (Complaint is in the name of Mr. Hari Krishan Saraf). For next 3~4 day, we waited & an engineer turned up but didn't repair the TV saying the parts were not available.
Again i called up LG customer care & again they provided me new complaint no "110314071585" & assuring me that the problem will be attended 7 resolved in 48 hrs. 1 week has passed by since then & my TV set is lying at home in as its condition & LG people are least bothered.
Now i don't want any repairs & instead i want a new product or my full money back for so much harassment my family has faced from the very beginning.
