Poor Services from Nokia Care Sector - 15 Faridabad

I got my nokia E75 vibratory part which is responsible for vibration in phone, changed from Nokia care Sector15 FBD.Instead they replaced with duplicate part resulting in very poor vibration. They themselves admitted it and kept the phone back.

First of all this is very hard to imagine that such a big mnc can do like this to the customer. Matter of shame for Nokia.

Secondly 11 Days have passed by and my phone has not been returned till yet. This shows heights of poor service. Customer has to follow up regarding the issue instead of customer care contacting of such a serious issue. Companies like Spice Mobile, Micromax are providing better services than you.

Lastly Blackberry and i phone r ruling the market bcz of these kind of poor services and callous attitude towards customer being provided by u.

Really poor service from such a reputed company..@NokiaIndia

I have also posted this on all networking sites like twitter, facebook etc.

Please look into this matter seriously.
