I have faced problem during the installation of my LG Split A/C when i requested (RNA 120409046156) on April 9. On calling at their call center no. @ 1800-180-9999, they told me every time that it will be done within 24 Hrs. and engineer will contact you within 2 Hrs. No engineer contacted me and when i called at no. provided by call center, no body picked it. LG Call center employee told me that their system showed that engineer updated that i asked for rescheduling of installation, which was sheer false and they didn't call me at first place. This is really disappointing as a customer that a company sells a product to you and hold you from using it. LG charges 1500/ service tax for installation within 24 Hrs. but can't do it within another 50 Hrs. Is it not cheating that you charge premium for your services and warranty but are incapable of maintaining your standards???
