I had purchased this lcd model no. 22LU11UR on 25.02.2010 and the lcd picture quality was not good on 24.02.2011. (The brightness of the tv became dim). I made a complaint and service engineer visited my home and replaced one part in the lcd (Input card). After two-three days the same problem was seen in the lcd and I complained again for that, and again the same part was replaced two times and was told by the engineer that it is ok now. But have the same picture problem in my tv till date. Please help me and resolve the issue. I have one more same lcd at my home but there are huge differences in the picture quality of both the lcd. I had filed a complaint and got this no. RNA110407082375 as complaint id.
Then i received a call from lg service center saying that I will have to pay the service charges as the tv is now out of warranty. When the same problem is being reported and there is no other problem in the tv, how can they force me to pay service charges.
