I have made a compliant with LG customer care regarding the picture quality problem in my LCD TV. My filled compliant no. C1072902200. The compliant is made on 29th July at 9:30 a.m. they told me the problem will be resolved in 24 hours. But is has already 48 hours passed, but nobody in LG listening to me. I have called up customer care almost 10 times but they are giving me round answers. I request your forum to raise this issue with the appropriate authorities.
