Hi Team,
I am trying to get my refrigrator fixed. Its been more than 4 months this refrigrator is not working. I ahve made number of complaints through customer care but it is still not resolved. here few of the refrence numbers.

I have even called up the area manger for complaint but he also says that it will be repaired. And the worst part is that these people close my request without even reparing and customer service guys has no idea how to get this fixed. This refrigrator is under AMC for 3 years and i am short of ideas as how to get this working. Please help
