It is with deep anguish and pain i bring to your notice that LG customer care and service center people are taking me for a ride. I have raised a complain on 11th October and have been following religiously with customer support team but felt humiliated by the lack of urgency and lacklustre attitude shown by company. please refer to my complain. i have mentioned the reference number on the subject line.
I have purchased LG SPLIT AC. However, the display screen and the vertical air blades have stopped functioning. I also requested the LG team for providing free service which they have promised at the time of purchase but despite several reminders they have not contacted me. I feel like i have been cheated and i made a mistake of falling in trap to their marketing gimmick.
Please help me.
