Dear sir,
I had purchased an LG KS660 about two months ago. A month later touch screen was not working properly and sometimes it is hang while operating. I went to Wardha LG Service station. I was informed that the problem will be solved within a week because touch screen is not avalilable now it will come from delhi.
Evertime, i went to ur service station I got the same answer "Ho gaya hai"You will get your phone within 2 days. Now over a 20 days later, I am still getting the run around and each week still they told me I takes another one more week to to change the touch screen. I had talk to senier authority also Mr chandrashekar (LG service station, Nagpur). He is not also replying well.

Firstly the phone is not a cheap model. Secondly with all the publicity surrounding the phone the quality of service, response and commitment of the company, leaves a lot to be desired.
NEVER, EVER BUY AN LG PHONE. THE PRODUCT MAY LOOK GOOD, BUT THE TRUTH OF A COMPANY ONLY COMES OUT IN ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMMITMENT
